Oh yes, the hoity-toity section has more disposable income to throw on the field. 😛

You all should be proud of us. We even elicited a response from Donovan. We we're really getting after him when he was right in front of the RSL bench. He had is back to us and then he whipped around to face us, looked right at us, and yelled something. The funniest part was as he turned to face us he did the bent wrist thing he does. Man that is annoying, yet very funny looking for a man to be doing it.

Even if anti-soccer jerks call the show to bash RSL, we're still getting people to talk about RSL and as they say in advertising, any advertising is good advertising.
Actually they spend quite a bit of time talking RSL on 1280. It isn't complete soccer talk by any means, but I hear it on almost every show, almost every day. It is talked about it enough, that they get phone calls whining about it.

The more the merrier. Now, if the whole stadium gets involved for a change, that will make a big difference. As John Lennon once said, "Those of you in the cheaper seats, clap your hands. The rest of you, just rattle your jewelry."

Whenever I tune in it seems like Alema Harrington and Pace Mannion (spelling?) are sharing inside jokes and talking about whatever they feel like talking about. It's basically like listening to two guys at my work talk about whatever comes to mind. If they're talking RSL, I will listen more. I just like the personalities on 700 better.

So I guess nobody heard my call-in. I was the first one to get on, I talked about how impressed I was not only with Jamie's game, but also with his leadership abilities. He was out there pumping guys up all game, shouting to other players, etc.

Watson is on his way

A lot of us hung out in the parking lot chatting until the post-game was over so we missed it. I always forget that it is even on.

the obvious benefits of hanging out chatting after the match is that Jamie and Nikki came over and joined in for a short time.

That was unexpected but very cool...
Just ask MrStucki's daughter. 😎
