movie is alright. its not so much a documentary than a bunch of fight video from over the years.

got an AVI (wink, wink)

the best part is that when it shows what two teams supporters are fighting it says the name and date in the corner of the screen (i.e Chelsea vs. Liverpool 1994) when it shows Rangers vs. Celtic fights it just says 'everyyear' for the date 🕺 :fox:

I think you're thinking of another movie, which I've also seen. It was very interesting (and violent).

The movie is comming September 9th to New York, LA, and Chicago.

It's being released independently so who knows if it will make it to SLC.

Tonight is the opening night. On the website it list other cities where the movie will be comming to over the next few weeks.

Salt Lake still isn't on the list though. Poop.

This whole thing brings back so many memories of my teenage years. I remember vividly the afternoons spent on the terraces in various places around England. I remember so much, the rivalries, hatred of some teams and the organised aspects of it all. The whole thing seems so surreal now, I could go on for a long time on the details and the reasons, feelings, and issues associated with it all because it is so much deeper than you could ever imagine, it's so complicated and deeply affecting for people who have experienced it. All of that may sound pretty lame, but really, it's such a surreal memory to have.

Holy crap, seriously walking down a lane in memory land I haven't visited for a long time. I haven't stopped thinking about my teenage years all day, I'm all nostalgic.

Anyone have news on this film and how close it's coming to us? It reaally has me thinking now, would like to see it.
