Yes.

Anyway, since we are talking about DJ's work, how is Kamler's charity work going? I haven't heard too much about he and his wife's work recently.

Kamler said that things were going well. They are doing pretty good with the raffle every game. He also asked if we had any suggestions for things that we might like to see raffled off. So, if there is something that you'd really like to have a chance to win, let's hear it and you might get your chance.

He has some really good stuff for some of the future raffles.

Afew of us spoke to Brian after practice last Friday.
He says he is pleased with the support of Kam's Kauses by the fans.

He asked us what we thought that fans would want to see up for the raffles.
We made a few suggestions and he seemed pleased with our responses.

My main suggestion was to raffle an autographed DJ Countess goalkeeper jersey cos those are not available to the public.
other suggestions were soccer balls jerseys and gloves...

sorry luvmyboys, not hijacking your thread.
Maybe in another thread we could make suggestions to present to Brian for future ideas and reference.

Signed jerseys, pics with some of the players, bring water to the boys on the bench, to be subbed in for 5 minutes...

So raffle off a chance to have a photo done of yourself with the player of your choice(player in RSL kit, those are hard to get) then have the player sign the photo?

I would donate the time to do the photographs with the players.
what a great suggestion.

Hey all,
I spent about 20 minutes speaking with Brian Kamler today after practice.
We discussed many different ideas that they have and that have been suggested on here.

Particularly the ideas BardGuy had yesterday. Brian likes the picture with player idea. In fact he says he loves the idea and could possibly make it happen after a few games down the road. He will let me know when it is going to happen for sure... and when I know you will all know.
The other two ideas you had 1. Waterboy/sideline person, is a team thing and would probably not get approval. 2. Subbed in for 5 minutes is an MLS thing and has less of a chance then the other but he will discuss them. He said not to get your hopes up on those two.

He is going to be doing the DJ Countess jersey in one of the next three home matches. he said most like likely it will be the pioneer day match(July 23rd)

The Big News...
An autographed Jamie Watson Jersey and two other items, yet to be determined, will be in the raffle this Monday July 4th. You will know what those other two items are as soon as I do. I will know sometime this week.

That is all for now...
