Yes, yes he is. Well, I don't think it's official yet, but all signs point that way.

Yes this is Gustavo Cabrera. He will hopefully sign with RSL this week. He currently plays in his native Guatemala, where he also is the star defender for their national team. He is teammates there with LA's Pando Ramirez, Dallas's Ruiz and Crew's Rodrigez.

I heard he can't sign until Aug. 15th.......something to do with international trades......

Correct. Glenn said this last night. He's officialy a "trialist" I think.

Yes he is a trialist but cannot actually sign with RSL yet, he is not our new #4 well at least not yet.
He is not available for RSL to sign until the international trade window opens on August 15th.

Cabrera's old team is/was CSD Comunicaciones.
And he is on the listed roster for Guat for the Gold Cup.
