Grifter is Neil's computer that keeps the whole thing alive. Sometimes "grifter" is just idle and sometime Neil is behind the scenes typing.

Yeah, it's just my home machine. I'm on irc 24/7 on my home machine so I figured I'd drop my home machine in to keep the channel alive. I'll have a bot in there shortly. His name is Lenin.
