Rocky Mountain Cup Auctions!!!!

OK RSL fans, here's your chance. We have a number of RSL items up for auction. All the money goes to pay for the Rocky Mountain Cup trophy. The committee costs to this point are paid and the trophy is 75% paid for through the auctions of Rapids gear and donations from Rapids fans. All told that's around $1500. Can RSL fans do better? We still have to finish paying for the trophy, plus the engraving and a travel case. The first few items are up at:

They include a team autographed MLS ball, RSL autographed jerseys by Kreis, Mathis, and Pope, a Kamler autographed RSL ball, and more! More to come in the next few days as well, we're spacing out the auctions to give everyone a chance to check them out. Bid early and bid often!

I want to add that I think we can cut out the shipping costs if anybody wants to come pick the items up from the UC. I'm not 100% sure on that, but that's the game plan anyway.

The Rapids did a great job with their auctions. Seriously, they brought it when it came to buying up their team items, and we need to do the same. Get the word out that the auctions are taking place, and bid on something yourself!

And I'm gonna throw this out there one more time: Anybody who has an extra this or that from this season, donate it to RMC if you have nothing better to do with it. An extra poster? An extra set of RSL "trading cards"? Whatever! If it's just collecting dust, somebody else might want it and it could contribute $5-$10 to our noble cause! :D

Well I don't know how to put this....

Either it was patience or Procrastination.... but...

I was going to drop off the autographed photos to be mounted last Friday. For one reason or another I did not...

Turns out the shop that was supposed to do the mounting caught fire and everything inside was lost.

Not the autographed photos tho... cos they were with me.

anyway I have been given a new lead to follow up and will be negotiating with this new shop for the best possible price.

The mounted autographed shots will be delayed a week to three weeks... sorry...

Ok guys I will keep it going with a near mint condition Autographed Clint Mathis Sports Illustrated from WC 2002.

I will send a picture of it tonight to put in the auction

Wow, that is really bad for the framing shop. Imagine the people who had stuff in there to be framed. Anyway, I'm glad your photos were NOT in there, Deuce!!

Do you have a ballpark range of what you think you'll start the bidding at for those?

Also, we do have OTHER other items on the way as well. Possibly a USMNT signed jersey, possibly some keeper gloves signed by DJ, possibly a date with Jamie or Seth or DJ or... (Just kidding on that last one, but I bet it would be a hot seller....DJ should auction himself off for a night for his charity! LOL)
