Dang it! :taz: Here I have Dish Network 180 channel program and not one of those channels is Telefutura! 😠

Does anyone know if any of the other US games will be played on Galivision?

Goreal, I'm not sure of what's on Dish 180.

But could Telefutura be in the "800's" somewhere, like 828 or 833?

I've got Dish 180 as well ... just checked TVGuide, and there are two "Telefu" channels in the 800 range, but no game listed. Galavasion is showing the Canada game at that time, though.

The source of my info was an E Mail from the USSF.

They could be wrong, though.

U.S. Men Take on Cuba on Thursday in 2005 Gold Cup Opener in Seattle

Matches Against Canada and Costa Rica to Follow in Group B Play

SEATTLE, Wash. (Thursday, July 7, 2005) - The U.S. Men's National Team moved from their base at Nike World Headquarters in Portland, Ore., heading up I-5 to Seattle where they are conducting their final preparations as they get set to kickoff the 2005 Gold Cup on Thursday, July 7 against Cuba at Qwest Field at 7:30 p.m. PT. The match will be broadcast live on Telefutura (which has added English closed-captioning for all USA Gold Cup matches). As always, fans can also follow along on ussoccer.com's MatchTracker, presented by Philips Electronics. The U.S. game follows the first match of Group B when Costa Rica takes on Canada at 5:30 p.m. PT.

Two days later, the U.S. will take on Canada at Qwest Field before heading across the country to face Costa Rica on July 12 at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Mass., in their third and final group game.

The team enjoyed the pristine fields at the Seattle Seahawks training facility on Tuesday with only New England goalkeeper Matt Reis getting an excused absence as he travels back from Los Angeles after the Revs 1-1 draw against the Galaxy on Monday night. Pat Noonan returned to duty after missing the last session in Portland with a bruised foot, while Kasey Keller, who joined the team last Thursday, continues to be the star of the show in his home state.

The U.S. will be looking to continue their dominating form during CONCACAF Gold Cup group play when they face Cuba on Thursday, as the MNT have compiled an undefeated 16-0-0 record in the first round since the competition began back in 1991. Even more impressive, in those 16 matches the U.S. has earned 10 shutouts and only allowed eight goals overall, while scoring 33 goals. The MNT shutout Cuba in their only other meetings in Gold Cup group play, winning 3-0 in 1998 and 1-0 in 2002. This year will be the first time the U.S. has faced Canada in group play of the Gold Cup. [Pre-Game Notes | ussoccer.com's Gold Cup coverage].

My bad, you're right. I was looking at 8:30 ET, not 8:30 MT

Channels 830 and 831 are both listed as Telefutura and both have the game listed. I'm not sure if those are blocked out or not, though, for regular Dish 180 subscribers.

Canada is on at 6:30 MT.

Canada is on at 6:30 MT.

Some of the Spanish stations are available with DISH180, but others only with the Spanish package. I'll have to check when I get home and hope I can watch the game. Otherwise I guess I'm watching cycling again.

Tiger to Beenhakker: "Start me or I'm staying in SLC"

This might be Spam.

But did anyone see the very end of this article?

Tiger told TNT to start him or not to bother.

I do have Telefutura 831, so I could have watched the game had I known I had the channel. When I was making my favorite list a while ago I chose the Uni and Gali channels, but did not choose Telefutura as part of my favorite list. Stupid me. 🤓

When does the USA play again?
