Gold Cup (R) What in the name of Rod Carew is going on here?
Panama 1 Colombia 0? That makes the US win in Canalland look even better. Trinidad & Honduras tied at 1.

I saw that result last night and my jaw dropped. Did Colombia send their first string?

Same squad that lost to US I think.

Here's more news from the Panama game......I saw some of the game & Panama's goal on Telefutura. (Maybe it was Galavision?)
There seemed to be several hundred red-clad Panama fans celebrating the goal. I thought that Panama was Beisbol-country? Another thing that seemed newsworthy to me is the mlsnet.com advertising board in the Orange Bowl. Maybe MLS is thinking about a return to south Florida?

Nope sorry, all the Gold Cup games are only on Univision or nothing in the USA.

I saw Panama-Colombia yesterday, and it was a fair result. The Panamanians took it to them, and except for the inevitable defensive shell late in the game, they looked like the better team to me.
We did beat them 3-0, but remember that they tied Mexico 1-1 and have been steadily improving over the last few years. I read that the team's improvement has brought out the fans. Hence the supporters in the Orange Bowl. __________________

Panama might be an up and coming team in CONCACAF. They really outplayed and should have defeated the US at Panama in last year's match but were victimized on a somewhat fortunate tying US goal in the last few minutes.
