One of my favorite scenes was from ST IV (the 'whales' movie) when they are visiting a manufacturing firm. Scotty is going to show how to create invisible aluminum (or something like that). He can't figure out how to use the mouse and is told to use the keyboard. He says "a keyboard, how quaint" and starts typing about 150 words a minute.
