I wonder how many RSL hoodies one person could possibly need...

Maybe if they get a store, they'll get RSL wife beaters and RSL flip-flops too!

Hmmm....someone was telling me about the Irish fellow, but he wasn't there when I visited. Maybe I'll have to try again. (I did blow 70-bucks already for a Manchester United pullover!)

Thats too bad, because you abused the discount that is supposed to be exclusively for supporters (only Loyalists as far as I know).

Did you tell them you weren't a Loyalist and they still gave you a discount?
I only mention this because if they don't exclusively give the Loyalist a discount, why are they telling us that it is?

Prime, chillez-vous before accusing people of "abusing" privileges.

If Team Gear wants to give the guy a discount, they have the right to give him a discount. It's coming out of their pockets, after all.

True, but additionally, I couldn't get a discount on the home jersey I bought my wife this week, even WITH the Loyalist discount. Do I feel slighted? Yes. 🙁

Seriously, clarette, I thought I was being plain, but perhaps I should restate.

Team Gear told us (the Loyalists) that a benefit of us "using" them would be they would give us a discount. Now I don't know what happened with edaw33 and his Team Gear purchase. But if he told them he was a Loyalist and they gave us a discount, thats not right. If Team Gear just decided to give him a discount on the spot because they liked him, then whats the point of the telling the Loyalists they get special discounts?

Does that make more sense now?

Team Gear gives discounts to members of youth teams as well. It isn't an exclusive discount, nor has it ever been.
