I live in the Milwaukee area, but usually work in Utah during the summer teaching advanced Dutch and Linguistics at one of Utah's fine establishments of higher education.

I am hopping on a plane Friday morning to be at the match Saturday with my son. Originally I had hoped to be there yesterday, but last minute work emergencies prevented it.

Do I win the prize for longest distance travelled to be at the Home Opener? Probably not.

One of my old Virtual friends from the Soccer American Graffiti days lives in Madison.

She's a Fire fan, but I am trying to convert her. She & her husband went to Alta on their honeymoon.

Nice, I lived in Madison for about 6 or 7 years while I was doing my PhD. I still play in an indoor league in the Madison area.

Welcome aboard, fuegote. There's plenty of U fans here too (and plenty of fans of OTHER schools) but we're all soccer fans and RSL brings us together.
