Introductions

Okay, I'll start this section as well.

I'm Neil. I'm 25 and I live in Layton, Utah with my wife of five years, and my cat. I am originally from Long Island, NY but when I was 17 I joined the Air Force and ended up stationed at Hill AFB. When I arrived here I fell in love with two things, a young girl from Kaysville, and the mountains, so here I stayed.

I am a Network Security guru by day, and a computer addict by night. I like Soccer, Snowboarding, Paintball, and Travel. I am also a proud Season Ticket holder for 2005. I was the 19th reservation and I swear that's only due to the site being jacked when I tried to order for over an hour.

That should do it I think. Weeee!

Should we introduce ourselves in this same thread or start a new thread? I only ask since this thread is titled, "Neil's Introduction" ... 🙂

I'm Glenn. I'm old. I live in the UC.
By day I teach music. By night I gig.

I am president of the Loyalists.

My door is always open if you can find it.

Whichever you like, I'm not picky. And just to avoid confusion I'll change the thread title to "Introductions" .

My name is Scott. I hardly change my username across soccer forums, unlike some old music people around here 🙂, so you should be able to find me across various boards.

Located in Logan I'm working my way through a degree at Utah State. I also work in, on, and with computers.

Are there hobbies outside of soccer? None except my vinyl collection and now looking for Glenn's open door.

Okay, my name is Juliana and my username is fairly standard across the different forums. That way I don't have to introduce myself in person as "Glenn, aka Blitzzfan, aka Loyal1, aka Maldini, aka...." 😉 (We love teasing you Glenn because you're so easy going!)

I'm a mother of one boy with two more boys on the way. I guess it's a good thing I like soccer because that way I can have at least one "masculine" sort of interest to share with them. They probably won't be interested in reading my lectures on how to seduce men. (Just kidding.) I'm a stay-at-home mom and I like to dabble in entrepreneurial ventures, the most recent of which was creating a film production company to make DVDs for LDS children.

My hobbies include following soccer (obviously), reading about two or three books every week (mostly mystery novels) and singing. Singing is probably my #1 joy from the list, and I love to sing all types of music. My voice teacher encourages me to look into opera, but I like too many other things to focus in right now. My dream is to one day sing with Glenn's band. Just kidding. Oh my other hobby is being a smark aleck, but I'm a very considerate and compassionate person despite that. 🙂

😎

Hi I'm Jim Umber and I've been an RAF member (blitzz supporter) since they started. I'm 56 years old; I have a little drum; and I have been known to paint my face on occasion. I even came up with some fake tatoos, one year.

I'm a Certified Hypnotist (😲 no that's not what they mean when they say I'm "certifiable"😉 ) and a Computer Technician. I'm really happy to have an MLS team in SLC, and to be a member of the Loyalists. :D

I've never tried hypnosis, but I don't think I could allow myself to be hypnotized. You have to be willing, right? My brain wouldn't be willing, I think. I'm too high-strung and anxious most of the time.

Loyal1, what type of band do you have? What kind of gigs do you get?

Did I mention I'm a pro at finding information online?

I think Glenn lives at approximately 670 N 230 East. You'll have to have paid attention to other forums to figure out the city. That's my best guess from the map I found. I also found his home phone number, but that's beside the point. I wonder how they got his email address on that site? Hmmm...

Um... I'm 27 and live in the suburban hell that is Sandy.

Picked the name because I'm a chick, and the home kit is supposedly "claret"... get it (ha ha)? Go by various names on other boards, though I primarily stick to lurking on BigSoccer.

I'm a grad student, work full-time, and teach Pilates on the side. I played soccer from the time I was six until I graduated from high school, am still traumatized by the loss of the Freezz, and was #10 on the list, which I am also attributing to the lametacularity of MLSnet.com.
