Wow

Hooray for Mr. Novak! Good goal. 🕺 I'm glad that this guy is showing what he can do. Sorry Dunny, but you're being replaced by Kevin on my favorite player list. :unsureani Maybe I should change my title??

Williams' goal was awesome! How is it not nominated for GOTW?

We tied when we trailed at half, and we got a point on the road!!! This game is a revolution! Now let's beat those Crapids and end this season-and start the next-on a positive note.

Speaking of ending the season... What will I do? I'll have to replay the season (with a better record) on FIFA '06.

I can't believe what I saw. RSL showing heart in the second half of a ROAD game??!! Don't they know how close they were to their immortal record of futility??!! We'd lost 10 in a row. That was only 2 away from the all-time record. We'd set the record for scorless-ness and we were so close I could almost taste it for this one. What are we doing going out there and trying hard and not taking the shot at immortality. I want to know what Coach Ellinger said during the half that changed things. I want names of players who were encouraging each other to play hard for 90 minutes. This type of effort is exactly what we DIDN'T need right now. Completely unacceptable!

I don't know that Ellinger said anything but instead subbed in two players that wanted to win the game. Tiger and Watson both played really well last night. What a sweet play starting with Tiger to Watson and then Watson watching for Andy on the run. What a perfect cross to Andy's feet. Let's hope Andy remembers that Watson gave him another goal last night. Noticed a few times that Watson would pass to Andy and motion for the ball back to his feet when open and Andy not passing back. Andy needs to learn to play with the younger guys. They do have talent or is that what's Andy afraid of..

practice

Ok, maybe I have no idea what I am talking about...but...has anyone thought about practicing for more than an hour and half or two hours a day? I mean...please...when I was on swim team we practiced 4 hours a day and I wasnt getting paid anything, much less 100-400,000 dollars! I mean really...is there some kind of rule or something? How can we get used to playing together with our lineup constantly changing and we only practice that lineup for an hour a day (after stretching and drills...)?? Just curious.

I've wondered that same thing. Seems strange. Is that standard around the league?

My friend Gina told me that she went to a FCD practice a few months ago and it was about 3 hours long.

You're kidding? I can't believe that. It was an amazing goal. Can we protest...or something.

I think they just don't want an RSL player winning 2 weeks in a row. They know if someone from RSL is nominated they will win.
