I am thinking that the lack of presence from the Dookie boys from Dookie-ville is due to the second half effort in the smurfquake match.

Not to rain on the smashmouth talk, but didn't the CRapids win the Western Confernce once only to loose in the MLS Cup? It could be that was before conferences...

Correct, 1997 Western Conference Champs, lost to DC in MLS Cup. Not that conference championships mean anything in MLS.

Oh, and unlike some people, I actually have a life away from message boards, so that's why I wasn't around this weekend. Glad to see you missed me though.
