They are off until the 25th and most of the guys are home with their families or having surgury (Dunny-foot and hip). 🙁

Foot and hip--Heavenly day!!! I heard from some friends in Dallas that Jamie is supposed to be there visiting family and friends.

Foot and hip? Where did you hear that?

I heard shoulder and I don't know what's up with his leg.

Dunny told me it was shoulder surgery. He also said that he just stretched a tendon (or ligament, I can't remember exactly) in his leg that is very painful but is not serious.
The tendon runs underneath the foot and up the outside of his leg... Ouch!

Warning...thread hyjacking alert...

Yet another reason why this team underperformed on game day is the way they practice. As a coach, you need to make sure your players are mentally and physically peaking at game time. When you spend the whole week practicing 9 hours earlier in the day than you play, you should not be surprised in the least that your players are not at their best on game day. Obvious...easily fixed (as long as they can get on the field)...distressing that Ellinger does not get it...

Dunny was going to have shoulder surgery but then found out that the screw he already has in his foot had broken so is getting that fixed instead...maybe taking a bone graph thingy from his hip to do that or something else is wrong with his hip. Waiting on shoulder surgery as this is more important. Going to Cali to do it but hoping to get back in time for Chivas game (obviously not to play)...[

Wonder if he is having problems with the hip form the tackle from Dempsey in the NE game. No matter, sounds like a lot of pain factor issues here. Here's to a quick recovery. I guess he should be given credit for playing thru all of is at the end of the season.

Actually, very few teams in any sport have practices at the same time they play games. I don't see the Jazz or any of the local college teams practicing at their game times.
