Unofficial Mascot

Does anyone think it would cool to come up with an unofficial mascot for the team? I know there are some who like these things to develop naturally, and that would mean probably not picking a mascot in a thread.

But if we wanted to pick an unofficial mascot for the team, we could probably see to it that it stuck. After all, how many of us write stories for mlsnet.com or some other sort of publication. All it takes is to start using the name. Then others will catch on, and soon it will be entrenched.

Everybody put your ideas here, and then later we'll have a poll.

I've been thinking for months it would be cool if they were the Lions. After all, the lion is the king of beasts. I made a few flags with lions on them while I was under that inspiration.

What else?

And he/she/it was actually at the last match against the ChivASS.

Whatever it is, it should be mean. If it's a Lion, put blood around its mouth. We mulled over a few drawings to hang up at our seats. We had some seriously cool demons and things. You know, kind of like the devil lives in the section behind the bench and if you come too close, you'll get eaten kind of thing. They were sweet.

anyway, my point is make it mean as hell

and scary for children.

Always consider what others make out of your mascot.

:naughty: Look at this chivas example.

 But I better leave this thread alone now.
