Hearing same good vibes. Kreis is playing on borrowed time from God. I'll be thrilled if makes it the full season on field turf. With Tarley gone, another alternative up top is key.

Feb 7 vs US Amateurs - played entire 2nd half - 1 goal, helped on another
Feb 8 vs Metrostars - played entire 1st half
Feb 12 vs Columbus - did not play
Feb 15 vs KC - did not play
Feb 17 vs DC - played entire 1st half - 1 assist

Stats look promising and at 6'3"...

Tiger looked like a solid backup for Sequiera at holding midfielder. Kreamalmeyer showed nothing after he was pulled from the starting lineup last season. I agree with you about Lookingland and Flores.

Yeah, Tiger was solid. But he never played. If he played every game as a sub I would've been a little more surprised. But in Tiger's case, he played as a sub maybe once every three games.

Kreamalmeyer only surprises me because he was the 2005 MLS Combine MVP.

So it is now official.............ALL OF MY FAVORITES ARE GONE! Every single one!

DJ, Brian, Mathis, Tiger, Sergio, Tarley.....and I am guessing soon-Scarlett.

Now I know these guys might not have been the best players on the team for misc reasons but they were special to me for various reasons. We have already talked about DJ, Brian and Mathis...

Tiger was just the sort of guy that was always there for the fans. He was spirited, friendly and would do any favor you asked him. He even coached some of his friends kids teams. He was always happy to sign autographs and my daugther loved him. He will be sorely missed by many fans!!!! Good luck Tiger!

Sergio....well...I first met Sergio at the hockey game before last season started. I was with some friends from Argentina and we all sat and talked with him. He is a nice kid. I will miss hearing his father cheer for him at the reserve games and I will miss talking with him afterwards. Good luck to you also Sergio!

Tarley I knew as Tigers sidekick. He was quiet and shy. So shy (that role perhaps taken over now by Cunningham). I really think he has tons of potential, he just needs to come out of his shell. I will miss your shy smile.

Scarlett (speculating)....well...Scarlett....what can I say? Hibbeedieedeee... It was nice always seeing you after the game and chatting. My daughter is very upset about possibly loosing her two favorites that were left...Scarlett and Tiger. See you in Jamaica man!

So there you go...time to totally start over and make new friends which I sort of already fell into in Dallas. Here are my new favorites (do I dare even tell this at this point? Sometimes I wonder if RSL doesnt know my favs and let them go just for that reason LOL).... Steve P----DONT READ THIS... Here they are: Scott Garlick, Jeff Cunningham, Chris Klein, Jay Nolly (my Ralph Lauren model), Medhi Ballouchy...we will start there.

Good luck to all the former RSL players! I wish you the best and I hope.........perhaps.....we will see some of you back here on our team or on our staff in the future (Dunny?........)!!!!!

GO RSL

I'm most surprised by the Tarley cut. I know we brought in new players, but he has shown in Open Cup play that he can score against MLS comp.

I'm right there with you on that one. If he finished half of the opportunities he had last season (and only really playing for part of the season), there would have been a ton of MLS teams clamoring over him. He can get into some dangerous spots, if only he could have finished more of them...

Well...yeah. Generally when forwards finish -- as is their job -- they tend to increase their value. Point is, Tarley was awful in this department for RSL. He cost RSL points last year, period. You can only hold on to a guy for so long based on perceived potential from 2 good games he had before he was even on the team. A well-deserved departure, good move by RSL, and furthermore a good signal sent to those remaining.
