Unfortunately, Umbrellas, Smoke and Fire, and many noisemakers, like whistles, are not allowed in the stadium. We do our best with what we can. We could be worse off, there are places in MLS where things as simple as flags are banned. We've tried to stretch the rules in the past, and had items confiscated, or people thrown out of the stadium. Maybe when our section is large enough, we'll be able to overwhelm them, and get away with it.

For now, we have tons of flags, we may well have more flags than people to wave them. Just ask The Cup, he has four or five 10 foot flags. He definitely can't wave them all himself. Why not come over and give him a hand? I've said it before, the section is GA, anyone can come, no matter where your tickets are for. Everyone is invited. Loyalist or no. Come help us make noise and support the team.

If anyone really cares to help, go to theloyalists.com and sign in. In the members only section there is a place to volunteer to help create the greatest atmosphere in MLS...and indeed, the world.

In the meantime, the streamers we did were crazy and looked really cool. Plus, streamers are allowed.

If you want any, you know where to find me at the match.

Actually, streamers may not be allowed again. The team doesn't care for them as the unrolled remnants interfere with play.

Seems like a cheer urging Kamler to join the Loyalists in the stands is needed now that he's hung up his cleats.

RSL hasn't said a word about streamers. They're still legal.

I believe they did have a little talk to us about them last year. Not too fond of the streamers.

The only talking was done on this website. Who here speaks for the team? No one.

I think that some of the players really hated the streamers because they interfered with the game. I'm not speaking for them or anybody else, just reporting what I've heard. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Streamers at the end of the game like the last game of the season--that was awesome. But during the game? Why put our own players at risk (of injury at worst or diminished playing ability at best)? Now if you could aim them to only be at the feet of the opposing team, maybe you could send a few of them back to hospital, but... I don't think it works that way. ๐Ÿ™‚

I think we've covered the streamers issue enough for now. The real question is about streakers?
