If you build it, they will come...in the same car.

Gracias. Not to split hairs but when you say new downtown for Commerce City, it's really it's first downtown / city center, right? I get the impression of Commerce City as having been a beat up, industrial suburb that never really had much for decent housing and much to offer than cheap land for cheap businesses + the arsenal.

Yeah, pretty much. Not being a local I don't really know what Commerce City looks like right now, but this is part of an attempt by the city to revitalize the area.

Aren't the cRapids getting re-branded when they move into the stadium?

In light of the stadium location...
Denver Arsenal?

I would hope they don't use the Arsenal name because I like the original. Arsenal that is... LOL F$%& the cRapids!

that would piss me off a little.
FC Dallas, that's not stealing a name, that's just doing a name right (burn?!?!)
DC United: granted there weren't two teams that "united" but given the fun times that is repubs vs. dems...that fits.
Real: there's all sorts of teams with REAL in the ligua, that just means royal..

but to steal a name like arsenal...that's just nuts and I won't stand for it.

That's blasphemous. I'm not standing anywhere near you anytime soon for fear of the lightning bolt that is going to strike you down. And don't think it isn't coming.
