How is this for a Statistic? We have played 38 MLS matches, the equivalent of an EPL season. We have 21 points. If we were in the EPL we would be 6 points ahead of Sunderland, and a whopping 9 points below West Brom, but solidly relegated to fight it out next season with the likes of Queens Park Rangers.

Great research. Way to put it in perspective!

Sorry let me understand ... you're equating 38 games in MLS to 38 games in the EPL?

Just in that an EPL season is 38 matches and we have played 38 regular season matches. I think a single EPL season is plenty of time to judge whether a coach works or not. We are the MLS equivalent of Sunderland, and what makes it all the more horrible is that MLS is not the EPL...having 21 points in 38 games is rather unforgivable in MLS. We wish we could be West Brom. If we managed to win all off our next 8 we would still not have as many points as Queens Park Rangers this year. Right now we are aspiring to be Millwall, pointwise.
