Won't happen. In the contract they are required to bring their entire team to Utah, minus injuries. If I had to guess, I think they'll play Man U on 8/8 and then immediately fly over here for a shortened visit.

sports players are famous for faking injuries though.

I think it is still under negotiation with RM and ManU... but I also think that ManU may be barking up the wrong tree... (at least I hope they are...)

I believe RM is already under contract for the week prior to the match... if that is the case then Manu will have to go sniff a different crotch for their preseason...
I think Juve are not doing much... or maybe AS Roma will show a little sympathy for their plight!

They'll bring their best to the Man U game, and it will look fishy if a guy plays against Man U on 8/8 but is somehow too hurt to make the trip on 8/12. I suppose you could get turf toe walking down the jetway, or sprain a finger reaching for that little lock on the lavatory, or throw out your back retrieving your suitcase from the baggage claim. But barring any airport disasters, I think it's fair to say that anyone healthy enough to play Man U will be healthy enough to play RSL.

Besides, most superstars like these trips and these games. You get to chill in the US for a while, increase your popularity in an untapped market (which increases your income), and play what amounts to a well-attended scrimmage.

The article in the Des News said that we get in with just an "A" ticket?

I thought it was the "A" and "B"?

I guess we'll find out at today's news conference.

Is anyone going?

I am going as well.
The way I understand it is the "A" ticket will get you in... then the "B" ticket will be discarded and subsequent extra matches will require the "C" or "D" ticket
