If I wanted to be positive i would change my name to "Positive"...

I notice it did not take long for you to make the jump from BS to RSL.org's resident rocket science... and I am positive and even have an optimistic view that you will take offense and take my post completely out of context...
So I will leave optimism to the experts...

Whatever today is... whatever it becomes... no matter how pessimistic or optimistic you are...
It will still be today!

I tried, but I couldn't figure out how.

I'm curious why someone being so optimistic or pessismistic bothers someone else. Why should anyone care whether or not someone else is too much of one or the other?

Tsk, tsk. Say that with a smile on your face. And preferably change your statement to something like "I love you all and think you'll all do great at whatever you do!"

So does this work?
I'm optimistic that Ellinger will be canned at the end of the year. 🙂

If that's why you wear the Red Jersey tonight, I'm becoming OK with that. Personally, I still want to see the team succeed this year.

Telling y'all a secret. Ellinger will not be fired before the 1/2 way mark of next season, no matter what happens for the rest of this year, or into next year.
