Too bad your stadium couldn't fit a proper pitch.

Just giving you a hard time, Arelius. I hope it's packed, as well.

Oh it will be packed all right! And us regular RSL fans will have the best seats in the house! This is great great news, let's all keep our fingers crossed just in case it somehow falls through 😲

THIS IS HUGE!

I will definitely get up to Salt Lake for this one.

Besides being part of a great event, there is no better way to establish national (and international) rep than to sell this game out and give the Nats the best support they've ever had. It can be done.

Challenge made.

what's the largest National crowd ever, excluding WC94? I'm pretty sure more than 45K, right? Just wondering.

Also wonder what % of the crowd will be Costa Rican. Or returned missionaries from Costa Rica thinking that it's cool to cheer for the wrong team just because they were there for 2 years. Or Mexicans who just come to cheer against the U.S.

UNBELIEVEABLE!
OH MAN! OH MAN!
OHMANOHMANOHMANO!
Sooooooooooooooooooo rad!
Agree with all!!!

The way things have been going, I may never stop grinning , and we haven't even played our first season game yet.

If they were to get a little carried away when they are removing the plastic pitch and pull out the seats, 60,000 doesn't seem so unreasonable.

I'll be standing anyway!

Gold Cup final '98, LA Coliseum = about 92,000.

US Open Cup, Rose Bowl, '96 = about 92,000.
