RSL vs Fire

After watching barcelona battle (and it was a battle) it out with Getafe yesterday the match today seemed quaint, like a home movie of Ronaldinho when he was young.

Rimando has certainly turned himself around though. He was easily the man of the match. He looked alert, never strayed too far outside of his box and made some great saves. I look forward to seeing him keep this form in future games.

I wish we could sign Messi with the money that we saved on Cunningham. Only then would that horrible trade make sense to me. Esky made some good runs and looked good for only having been around for a couple of days. However, Cunningham has already had an assist for TFC.

We're tied on the road, it's late in the game and Kreis pulls off a defender and sends in an attacker.

A pretty useless attacker, but still an attacker.

I approve.

Who's replacing Sarachan now? Maybe Chris Armas will pull a "Jason Kreis"?

Or maybe Sarachan has a few games of leeway until they see if he can win with Quasimodo.

IMO Kreis did a smart thing by pulling out the defender especially due to an injury...putting Watson in almost paid off... his first touch on the ball was a shot on goal in the first 45 seconds on the pitch which was more than some players did all game... Harris is the useless attacker..what did he do on the pitch besides get a yellow card and should have a red card if the ref had seen a couple of his plays...

Let's hope we get to see some more of Jamie Watson. I like his spirit and drive. I'd like to see him on the field more.

What was useless was putting in the attacker in the 88th minute.

And right now, the only useless attackers I see are the ones starting.
