New England This si what i would like to see today. Harris in for the first half, then subbed by Watson at half. Watson has a ton of energy and can run the hell out of the other team. We lost the height of Harris, but so far tht hasn't been a real advantage. Put Adu in the middle. Let's see if playing in the position that he likes will make a difference in his play. If he shines, then keep it going. At least give it a chance, who don't have much to lose do we. If he can feed Watson/Harris and Esky balls we might have a chance. Keep Rimando in the pipes. He has been playing great. I am attributing the first couple of games to be new to the team. The back line is really where we need help. Pope has been playing the best I've seen him for RSL. W/o the distraction of the men's team he seems to have more focus. (He shouldn't be captain though. That should have went to Talley, however with him out i would give it to Andy and see what he does with it. Let him step up and see what he does.) Torres should start along with Kipre too. Everything else is odds and ends. I would like to see Brown start in the midfield. I know people have problems with him, but he works hard and did well in the preseason.

I'd bench Medhi or Klein. Neither one has done anything great so far. In the past yes, currently no.

Klein did ok, so keep him in next time. Brown needs to start. Rimando was obviously the man of the match. Not being able to see the game makes it hard to determine what the defense was doing, but why bother having them? Rimando saves everything, so put more people up front. It would be nice if we still had a certian JC to make goals.

Now that Rimando is doing well, please don't let RSL waste money on Keller!

Tie? In my opinion, this game shouldn't have been a tie. I certainly went into it thinking the Revs would take away an easy 3 points. ReAL didn't look very impressive in the first half, and New England screwed up several good shots they had. I was shocked when we went into half-time without a score. However, the second half, ReAL looked much better. They didn't have nearly as many shots as the Revs, but there were certainly some moments when we jumped off the couch. It was good to see them tie New England, though. It gives you hope there may be one win this season.

I didn't get a chance to see it, I only had the radio to rely on. I saw some of the highlights though. IT would be nice ir ReAL could play an entire game. Even a lot of the games we have won (in the past obviously) it seems like we played only part of the game.

Watching the entire game at the watch party, IMO, RSL played the entire 90 against Revs, except maybe the first 10 minutes of the second half. Fortunately, the Revs came out similarly flat at that time. | |||||
