Hitchhikers Guide

I've noticed a few Hitchhiker's guide references on the forums lately and thought I would share this.

A friend of mine runs a t-shirt website, and has a great Hitchhiker's shirt. I own it, and you should too.

More importantly you'll be able to see the trailer for Serenity before Hitchhikers.

Wow! I didn't know that, but that is definitely an added bonus. Even though I have already seen it online, it will be cool seeing it on the big screen.

To be fair, I haven't seen absolute confirmation on that, but that's what they said when they moved the release date. Originally it was supposed to come out last week, with the trailer before Elektra, but they moved the movie to Sept. 30th to avoid Episode III, so they said the trailer would show before Hitchhikers.

Are you a Browncoat? Did you hear that they will be doing some very early screenings of the movie in 10 select cities? Unfortunately, Salt Lake isn't one of them. I can't remember if Denver is or not. I'll have to check the email I got when I get home tonight.

Not officially, but let's just say I carry the word around with me. 😉 Unfortunately I don't live in Salt Lake or Denver, I'm in Phoenix, which also isn't hosting a showing. Closest place is Vegas (Where I'll be the day before the showing, but not the day of). My old hometown of Seattle is getting one, of course...

Keep Flying!

Why are you a Rapids fan if you live in Phoenix?

And that sucks about missing the show by one day in Vegas.

I really hope that the movie does well enough to get the series back. It is one of the greatest TV shows of all time.
