TBH, the Galaxy seem to me like the biggest wild card in MLS right now.

On FSC, they were going off about how the Galaxy are the best team in the West on paper right now (which I don't particularly agree with) but that they were going to have to prove it on the field.

I really have no expectation of what they'll be like this week. You have guys like Albright and Vagenas who take endless amounts of stick from the Galaxy fans on the other board still with the team, they lost Headgear Boy, Ruiz, and a bunch of 'peripheral' players, added Landon Donovan and some foreign players who we don't know much about.

Nothing like stating the obvious, but it's going to be all about the midfield. They have attacking players that can beat some of our defenders, and we have attacking players that can beat some of their defenders.

There will be a few shots on our goal, just so Countess can show off his stuff, but most of the time the ball will be on the other end of the field, heading for the other goal. And I expect it will arrive...again, and again, and again. :D
