Well Coach E was running them which I have never seen him do before!
They were running timed sprints for about 20 minutes before I left.

RSL sent the red card video to MLS for a review but other than that I was busy taking pics so I missed the normal chatter among the staff and press folks!

Dysko will prolly have a better report later...
You can be my ears tomorrow Aero while I shoot you get the all the dirt 🙂

Nikki Besagno was there... taller than I thought he would be... they have not got his head shaved yet tho!

They did not practice with the main group but they were doing drills on the sidelines (i got some shots) and at least Kamler did run the sprints! I do not recall whether Williams did or not!

I'm not sure he can sprint. 😉

I kid out of respect, of course. Williams has that Valderrama conserve-to-serve thing going as a midfield distributor.

Good to hear they're doing drills. We can use our vet midfielders right about now.

Shots from todays practice.

I need practice with my timing so the RSL practices are as helpful for me as for RSL...

Let me know by PM if you need any high res shots.

One shot from today is on the wallpaper page
