5/27 news? I'll start this time:
Besagno may get a run-out against the Fire: http://www.sltrib.com/sports/ci_2763474 More confidence in MLS' and RSL's prospects: http://www.sltrib.com/utah/ci_2763388 Yay.

Hopefully RSL doesn't use the "Well, if MLS folds, you could use the stadium as a Rodeo grounds" as a selling point for the Fairgrounds site. That would certainly leave supporters of the other sites thinking twice.
And Besagno making a debut tomorrow? Would anyone else be a tad surprised if that were to happen?

If it does happen, I would imagine it would be in the waning moments of the match, and I would presume it would depend on how desperate we may be for fresh legs at that point (i.e. how tired the T&T boys are, etc.).

Fairgrounds? When did that become a possibility? I'm thinking that is a horrible setting for the stadium. Is there even a remote possibility of a TRAX spur going there? __________________

You'll like the site better the next time you see a property tax bill. Quote:
Why not? A line out West would cost less than the University Line.

And looking at the pic from the Tribune it looks like a Trax stop is being planned out there.

Any idea of when said TRAX line will begin construction, though?
The TRAX lines take forever to plan and construct. I'm really skeptical it would be in place by the time any proposed stadium opens. Just saying, like.
