On refs, hmmmm, how about "the ref is german"? Another common anti-ref chant is "who is the wanker with the flag" but I am guessing that one is too low class for you as well? There is also "go home and beat your wife!"

Just my opinions. I'd prefer RSL fans show as much class as possible without sacrificing the edge you need to create a homefield advantage. There are plenty of low class supporters groups around--I see no need to emulate them.

For me, RSL is an opportunity to establish a new standard for quality in American soccer--team, organization, stadium, and, yes, supporters. We're off to a great start--beyond what I thought was possible at this point.

There are certainly other fans who don't agree with me on some of the issues about supporters club behavior. That's OK. There's room for everyone. But I've seen enough negative stuff over the years that has damaged the way our sport is perceived that I'll still express my opinion about it.

As for Sam's Army, I've kept my opinions to myself. It's one team, one fight for the WCQ so I'll let it go.
