Its over. 1-0 LA.

Some good news at the end. I think Watson should start next game.
But what do we do with Mathis, Kreis and Williams?
Our main offensive pieces aren't doing jack.

I was just wondering if he can even dribble. He's tripped over the ball twice with no one around. They need to beat the h3ll out of him everytime he messes up. Either he gets better or is no longer on the team.

I hated the commentators
I'm likin' Jaime Watson
I'm likin' Dante Washington
I'm likin' the 4-4-2
When do we get pope to actually play for us?
"Bruce Arena should be taking an awful good look at Dunivant" - proof the commentators were high while announcing

I agree with this, except that bringing Jamie in is like a nice spark of energy for the team. Same with Trembly. So bringing them in as subs serves the purpose of waking the team up. They seem to have a problem w/ falling asleep/giving up as soon as the other team scores. I would be very interested to see what would happen if you brought the high-energy players all in at the beginning. Somebody go start a thread for what they would like to see (we can all dream) for next week's starting lineup.

I agree, Watson is a good sparker.
But if we don't get anything for 70 minutes, Sparky isn't going to get much done.

Maybe if we spark in minute #1, it'll keep a fire lit during the whole game?

It's one thing watching this team lose 1-0 to the Galaxy. It's another proposition to have to listen to Christian Miles and his sidekick explain the whole thing to me on FSC. I honestly thought about switching on the radio and listen to Hatch and Scholsey instead. It was that bad.

As far as the actual game's concerned, probably should've been 3-or-4 to 0. Thought Watson gave Real a lot of energy in the second half. It's amazing what you can when you actually play hard.

Why won't anyone pass the ball to Williams? I realize the guy's struggled mightily thus far, but when he's five yards from you on top of the 18-yard box and he's unmarked, pass him the freackin' ball!
