Do you like that run? I used to have the Price run. I liked that except for when I fell asleep at the wheel. <--- That is not so fun! 😲

I am a better person for having Czar Jake for a former-uniform-of-mine wearer. Fabuloso.

PS - I'm sorry if it still smells like me!
I didn't get Czar's post originally, but that is a pretty dang funny story!! :D

I chose Neil because my real name is Delvin, and I didn't like people calling me that.

Mine is the name of my hometown.
Reps to anyone who has actually been there (You don't count, Hiba)

The system wouldn't take "ornery old beeeeeyotch" as a username.

Oh.

Seriously, though, I picked my name because we were supposed to be claret, and I'm a chick. I go by many, many names, on many different boards.

Why didn't you choose Grifter? When I looked up your book on Amazon I ran into that handle. Do you go by that on other forums?

My first foray into the addictive realm of message boards was for the Boise State Broncos. I am an alumni and complete addict of the Broncos. However Real Salt Lake has now diversified my wardrobe from primarily blue and orange and now I mix in some Real gear and whatever colors that those entail. (I'm a guy so I don't know what a clarette is, if it isn't listed in the 8 colors of a crayola box then I don't know it...)

Ooooh, well that's easy to fix. Just get a bigger box of Crayons! Then you'll see me in there, too. I come in two varieties: burnt and raw. Take your pick!

I go by that on other forums, but they usually involve computer security. For instance, the Defcon Forums where I'm an administrator. I mostly use that name when I'm dealing specifically with computer hacking, and since that didn't apply here, I didn't use it.

The reason that it's on the cover of the book is because most people know me as Grifter, online and in person. I can honestly say that more people worldwide know me as Grifter instead of Neil. But I figured I was writing a book and I should probably have my real name on it.

That's totally cool.
