Jason will score #98 and #99 on the road and we'll all be there to celebrate #100 at home on the 23rd. (Please please please)

And it's going to be in the NORTH goal!

RSL is going to get their next win against Chivas. Fabulous. How about the next win after that? If they show the "comeback" heart they've had the last little while for more of the game I bet they get more wins quicker.

Just so I can pick up more of my beloved Negative Rep, we have never won on grass.

And Goats Lite have figured out that they need actual players and not guys who were cut from the Northern Nevada Wonders of Mexico; so Paco Palencia is supposedly on his way (has he lost a step?) and so is Juan Pablo Garcia.

We don't need no stinking salary cap.

So the current CDC USA squad should have a Glengarry Glen Ross Glen Goat vibe going on, because roster moves will have to be made to accomodate the Paisas.

So a few Goats should pick up their level of play to avoid waivers.

And when you face as many shots as El Guzano does, the law of averages says that you learn how to stop some of them.

You took the words right out of my mouth. There are several reasons why this game really worries me. Most of which are mentioned above. 0 wins on grass, 0 wins on the road, a decimated RSL defense, an anemic RSL offense, a HUNGRY Chivas team, a scared (they all want to keep their jobs) Chivas team, ...

I don't think cheetos have any advantages at all. They seem more depleted and demoralized than desperate or hungry, with no leadership on the field (bye bye Ryan) and only friends and relatives left in the stands. We certainly could lose this game, but I think we have most of the advantages coming in, from revenge to momentum.

I also think the playing surface issue is overblown. We've lost most of those games because we were outplayed for 90 minutes by better teams. The exception was the last cheetos game at the HDC, and we all know why we lost that game.

Cheetos insists on playing their anachronistic system, and they will continue to lose because of it.

If we catch some decent officiating (a major concern) and play aggressively in attack (Trembley leads the way) we will get our first road win on Saturday. We have better players, coaches, bench, and morale. The result is completely within our control.

I sure hope you are right. I desparately want you to be right. I think we will win. We are playing too well latetly, for the most part, to not get results.

I'll add that it's even more important than usual for us to score the first goal.

I know, we always want the first goal. Point conceded.

But against cheetos, it will completely demoralize them to give up a goal to us and will make them even more vulnerable in the back. If they have a strength it's in the midfield, and as they push forward they give up lots of space in the defense, especially on the big field at the HDC.
