Taylor, I had already added you to the list using your MSN messenger email. Want me to change it? (See, I wasn't ignoring your desire to participate.. everyone who volunteered got put on the list.)

I think this thread has gone significantly off-topic.

Deuce, please PM your concerns and we can discuss them.

From my perspective as an exiled RSLer, e-mail is fine.

Obviously, Hermey and I can't be at meetings and any of that since we're 750 miles away.

I volunteered for this committee because I believed it was the only one where I could actually contribute to the cause from a remote location. I still believe that, and will do all I can to assist Jules in her duties.

I will only add that we all have different leadership approaches, but I've found that civility is the best policy so that the focus stays on the issues and not on personalities. My experience with large organizations--sports, church, work, school--is that it's axiomatic that 10% of the people do 90% of the work. Human nature. I'm appreciative of that 10%, and my goal is to be part of it.

<wondering to myself>Why MY threads? Every time. EVERY TIME! I'm like a train that is derailed every time I get on the tracks. My threads should all be renamed "Gripe Fest I" "Gripe Fest II" etc.</wondering to myself>

Jules, I sent an e-mail to you with my e-mail address. If there isn't a role that I can fill for the time being, that is fine. For obvious reasons, I'm a bit limited right now as to what I can do, but when I move up to Salt Lake I can be a lot more involved.

Everybody should have received an invitation to the group by now. At least half of the people have replied and we've even had our first offended feelings. LOL.. so things are progresssing great. If you haven't received the email by now, check your spam folder maybe? If you haven't gotten it by tonight, I'll double check that I put your email address in properly.

Sorry Jules, didn't mean to smash your thread.
I should have discussed it privately.

But I think we managed to get everyone on board for the discussion list.
