Thanks for comforting me. And of course this means that nobody is a fan of Leighton O'Brien?...

I am a Leighton O'Brien fan. The kid has got skills but for some reason everytime he had a chance to showcase them he blew it.

I think it was a confidence issue. He looked much better in the Sounders game.

Dipsy was a forward with international experince. why didn't we play him more often. and we get more defenders? why not invest 1500 bucks in a brick wall we can move in front of our goal? Scarlett looks promising, but i will miss Dipsy. Hopefully Dipsy gets more time on the pitch wherever he goes.

O’brien Loaned To Seattle Sounders

RSL today announced that MF Leighton O’Brien, who had appeared in six of the team’s 22 games this season, has been permanently loaned to United Soccer Leagues’ First Division Seattle Sounders for the remainder of the 2004 season. The 29-year old Washington native was in his final year of a three-year deal with the Sounders before signing with RSL on March 28. In 2002, O’Brien earned A-League MVP and assist honors when he tallied 13 goals and 11 assists in 27 games with the Sounders.

So, this loan deal means that we may have to watch him again next year?
