The set up at Lumpy's is rather nice, but the cigarette smoke and the private club which prohibits children is why several of us still go to Iggy's for watch parties.

Actually I would agree with this had it been obvious that he was injured.
It looked initially that Williams had just flat out missed the ball, and hobbled to try to save face.
he was not on the ground so I would not be so hard on the cRapids player. Had Williams been on the ground and that happened I think our team would have stepped up... like Joe Cannon did when that chivas player did it to him.

Lumpy's would be the place to be, I could be tricked into going there all the time if they banned smoking.

I tend to be a bit more militant about smoking than some... because I smoked two packs a day for nearly 20 years. I should be more understanding toward peeps that smoke because i know how hard it is to quit... I used to think I had no choice because i was addicted to it but if I can quit after all that time, than they can quit too.

I guess we finally have the beginnings of a real rivalry. Nothing like exploiting an opponent's injury to up the level of emotion.

Ironically, overall we've been playing better. But not good enough.

It seemed pretty obvious to me. He was hobbled and bent over before the pass was even made to him. I don't think he even saw the ball go by him. I guess I'll have to rewatch the play again and see, but it seemed pretty obvious from what I remember.

Yeah, I just watched it again. He is cramping up long before the ball is passed back to him. And there is no way that the Crapids player (Cooke or maybe it was Romo) doesn't notice it because he runs right by him almost knocking him over. It was a totally classless play and totally taking advantage of an injured player. There is absolutely no doubt about it.

well, someone give us his name so he can get a proper SLC welcome when his name is announced at RES.

And if he comes close to 37

we'll send him into therapy.

He should probably stay away from the east side all-together!

hello πŸ™‚

well what can i say ...
I so desapointed ...
ok RSL is playing better, they fight at evry game, but they still need to improve... and i think this loss will get them grow up !
last night, i think they missed some realism, and sometimes i feel they only watch and let Crapids play ...
They had some good occasions to score, but realism is cruelly missing ... they need experience, and one player to guide them throught more realism and experience... But loss are good lessons to improve , to learn, and to become a great club !!!
RSL will becaume a great club ... an next year, the playoffs doors will get open πŸ™‚
Let's go RSL 😍 , Let improve, let become the best :signrocko
i'm with you !!!
greetings from a french fan
