The 2005 Superdraft rules and information.

Maybe Pastorino & Ellinger are running a deliberate Misinformation scam; what with Ellinger saying that we are trading our first pick and Pastorino saying that we are thinking about it.

But if you can take what Ellinger says at face value, he's admitting that those BS posters that say that we are going to play "Route One" may be right.

He says we need a Central Midfield. He also said, in effect, that no MLS central mids are worth are the #1 draft pick.

On Saturday, Real Salt Lake will introduce the #1 pick locally at 11:30 a.m. MT. Real Salt Lake players and executives will be available at the grand opening of Zions Bank’ newest “Su Banco Hispanic Branch” located at 1635 S. Redwood Road in West Valley City. At the event, fans will have the opportunity to meet the No.1 pick as well as RSL goalkeeper D.J. Countess. There will also be an opportunity to purchase Real Salt Lake merchandise and ticket packages for the 2005 RSL season, which kicks off Saturday, April 2 in New York against the MetroStars.

How many people can make it to this?

I can't make it to the Superdraft Party (Damn annoying job).

But I will probably be at this. (Your mileage may vary, depending on my 3-year-old's attention span.)
