I always wondered why the heck the NFL threw caution to the wind and started screwing up all their uniforms. I guess there actually are people out there who like that.
Teams with looks so classic that they could never be mistaken as anyone else, started changing things up and wearing their colors all screwed up. The Chicago Bears wearing Dark pants with their Dark jersey. After wearing Dark with White and White with Dark for so long that one time when we wore our White Jerseys with Dark pants on my high school team, my dad commented that we looked like the Chicago Bears. Not anymore, now the Chicago Bears look like us. The Chicago Bears copied our high school team. Because that is where that whole one color look originated...with high school teams. And high school uniforms are so cool, it's no wonder that the NFL copied us. So now the Buffalo Bills have thrown out their classic look for a one-color craptacular look. And all the other teams have too. Speaking of wearing your uniforms wrong...I hate it when the Seahawks wear all blue. And it's really too bad, because their Darks with Whites look amazing. All I can say is stick with the classic look if you have one. Luckily, teams like the GB Packers, Indy Colts, Dallas Cowboys, Oakland Raiders, and the like, will not screw with their look. There's nothing I hate more than turning on an NFL game, seeing two teams on the field, and not knowing who the heck they are. Then having to squint to see the three little letters in the little box at the top of the screen to discover who I'm actually watching. I was a fan of the NFL by the time I was about 4 years old. It used to be that there was one major uniform change every 5 years or so, now there is about 15 per season. Please, for all that is holy, never allow my Minnesota Vikings to change their wonderful tradition in for some kind of new school crapfest. And never, ever allow them to go all one color on the home unis. End of line.

Come on, you have to love these:

When my mother was pregnant with me they did an ultrasound and found she was having twins. When they did another ultrasound a few weeks later they discovered that I had reabsorbed the other fetus. Do I regret this? No. I believe his tissue has made me stronger. I now have the strength of a grown man and a little baby.

Voted for a, but c works too.
As for local colleges (disclaimer--I'm a Utah fan), BYU should never have changed from the LE era unis, and good for them that they've gone back almost all the way. Now if they'd just quit using USU's navy blue, they'd look like BYU again. Utah should keep it simple as well. I don't mind the all red home unis, but please lose the Miami stripes and black socks. Looks pretentious to me. Agree with Merrill that the key is to stick with it when you've got a classic. Of course, no one cares what your uniform looks like if you can't win. __________________
