I'm happy to see that we've got Talley in this deal + Garlick and didn't have to give up a full allocation. Talley is a good, experienced player in the play. IIRC he played defense for DC but shifted into the mid at KC (or maybe not? I can't remember for sure). So he can help out at either.

I'm feeling brain dead this morning, has Cabrerra played at CB before? The reason I'm asking is that I'm wondering if Talley will be a starter or not and if Carbrerra's played CB before, if we'd end up seeing this :

------------ Garlick -------------
Talley - Cabrerra - Pope - Broome
---------- Sequeira
Williams - ---------- Scarlett
---------- Mathis
-------- Kries ----- Tarley --------

What does this mean? A portion of an allocation slot????

Talley, will he start? Did he start for Dallas?

Further proof that the people in MLS HQ have way too much time on their hands when coming up with these rules. πŸ™‚

I wouldn't say Talley will start every game but he's got the skill, experience and flexibility (full back / midfield) to do it.

Good news I think.
Talley played way too much midfield this season to see him fall back to defender in 2006 for RSL. Who do you think he is, Chris Brown?

Sorry to see you go, Dunseth...

I'm surprised at you. Let me help you with your terminology. He used to be a hack. Now, since he will be with us, he is a very physical player.

So now we've got Sequiera, Jimenez and Garlick, someone needs to get out the Photoshop skillz and do something with this . (Sequiera and Jimenez should be self-explanatory. Garlick is the guy in back to the right.)
