I don't have any answers but I think we need to do something positive... not just give up and go watch pointy ball.

Just a random thought, but what if we staged some sort of public rally early next week? We could do it at the Galavan Center and migrate over to CH. 2 to get behind their news cast at 10 pm. You know, just make signs, bring drums, sing/ chant... etc. for a couple hours.

We could make the media, Utah Soccer and other soccer organizations aware of when it was going to happen and hope for a decent turn out. It would need to be at least a couple days away so that word could be spread... we could also spread word at the game. So what do ya think for a possitive idea that would most likely draw plenty of media attention? (media loves protests/rally's)

Just a thought... does anyone want to take this idea and run with it? I unfortunately wont have time today or tomorrow to do anything on it... or I would get it done myself.

Rallies are hard for me because i come from Ogden. I think a good idea would be to get groups of 2-4 decked out in rsl gear to get some "honk if you want rsl to stay in SLC" signs along 4th south and along university the day of the Morellia game. Tell the media that there are dedicated fans out there and have them cover it. Because it is the day of the game, preferably very close to game time, there would be tons of people honking and it would seem like every last person in slc wants rsl to stay here. Put it on the news and see waht happens. a rally only involves the fans and could suffer from poor turn out. this involves the average citizen driving by and shows fan support.

So who is going to get it done? Wednesday is fast approaching. Also i think that it would be a good idea to have the "honk" signs in Spanish as well as English.
