I'm going to be out of the office today so this is the only chance I'll get to post. Please, please, please: Everyone take a step back and take a deep breath. We all want this to succeed. Let's be positive and look for solutions.

Let's do all we can to make the best of this situation. But, please stay positive. We can't accomplish anything if we are divided!!

Please let's pull together on this. As hard as it seems, don't turn your backs on the FO now. This is the moment when we most need to pull together!!

Let's get R done!!!

This is a critical time in RSL's history. If we can get past this then just think of what awaits us. USMNT matches here, international friendlies, etc.

Let's band together and join with Dave and the FO to make this happen.

Let's not lose RSL!!!!!!!!!

outside of what we've been trying to do? I'm really trying to be positive about this, but I truely feel it is now up to the PR part of the FO to do something.

I really don't care what people think of me... you can get mad, call me names and put voodoo hexes on me... I won't lose any sleep over whether you like me or not! I am not in a popularity contest! I am an RSL fan!

On the other hand I do care about Real Salt Lake....

On other threads I hear alot of blustering and anger and moaning and crying about how we have been screwed... and how nothing can be done and all that... I hear alot of people blaming every body else for the situation we as fans find ourselves.

but when you ask people to get involved and actually do something... all you hear are crickets chirping...

Well it is times like these that test the true fan... True fans take action regardless of the possibility of a negative outcome...

I think you guys might recognise this little quote...
"It's not what's inside, it is what you do that defines you".

I hear a hundred things that can't be done... how about redirecting all of that energy and finding just one thing that can be done. then maybe we will have some direction.

I don't care who you believe is to blame... I don't care who you think should be fired or what should have been done last week or a month ago...

None of that matters now and it certainly does not change anything...

What matters now is what YOU are gonna DO about it!

I have been talking to your dad... we are working on it.

In the meantime... you can call the FO and see if you can volunteer to get involved with whatever they are doing.
See what Dave wants us to do.

I've sent a few emails and have called into a talk radio show now to defend the stadium and set right incorrect information. I've also posted on the KSL board quite frequently to educate people.

The one talk radio show I'm afraid to call in to, though, is KNRS. I have a feeling that alot of their audience are ultra conservative when it comes to government financials, and that I'll just get completely reamed. There's no argument that will succeed with those people unless some of them are also sporst fans.

I'll send some more emails today to those people Deuce suggests above...

Remember, the public opinion is continually going against any sort of funding for this stadium (and infrastructure).
