Do preseason games count for the Rocky Mountain Cup (RMC)?

No, they don't count at all.

Real Salt Lake Set for Home Debut

"The artificial turf and football yard marks have been reworked into a 72-by-120-yard soccer pitch that stretches nearly to the first row." (???)

Jason's right. The cup will be determined by the normal season games and if there's a tie we have an extensive (exhaustive. Sickeningly exhaustive.) list of tiebreakers. Go to the website for details.

(By the way, our auction has already earned about $1,000!!! I can't wait to see the RSL stuff!)

Outstanding job, Loyalists!

The game was great, the result was one for the history books, and the crowd--OUR CROWD--showed what Utah soccer is all about.

From J. P. Dellacamera:

"Well done, Salt Lake City--well done."

You guys were great. From here in San Diego, watching on ESPN2, you just raised the bar and I'm sure you impressed the soccer nation.

From Eric Wynalda:

"You know what I like about this crowd? They know when to yell . . . (they're) very knowledgeable."

You knew you could do it. You stepped up to the spot, took the kick, and buried it in the back of the net.

As a Loyalist in exile, I salute you.

GO RSL!

Awesome crowd. I wish I was there but I will have to wait until the semester ends. The stands need more red but they definitely looked good.
