Just some stuff I found on the net... one specifically pertains to the current topic while one is very informative... while the last is just mind numbing fun!
:D
Not specific to RSL or Loyalists but this site boasts 11,114 Footy Chants!
http://www.footballchants.org/
Maybe good for some ideas or I am sure we could even borrow a few!

Ever wonder why Sheffield Wednesday are called that? Or Why the Argentine team, River Plate is not called Rio de la Plata which is the Spanish translation of River Plate!
This site has simply everything you could possibly want to know about Footy Culture, but were afraid to, or maybe didn't know you wanted to ask!
http://www.footballculture.net/index.html

If you are at work or just plain bored!!! this is an fun but addictive little game!

we drink milk and wear adidas
anytime we get the itch
we're off to find a proper pitch
lace yourself lets get on out
off we go to kick it about
win or lose we're having fun
we won't quit until we're done
we got heart when we play
take you on any day

ole-ole-ole-ole
ole--ole

This is a good one. listen to it here, down towards the bottom of the page, it's called "olé":

Bouncing Souls - Olé

Maybe to following is a bit too juvenile or old-hat but I really enjoy it:

Towards the end a game when it seems in hand, we could get everyone in the crowd to pull out their keys and start rattling them while chanting "Warm up the bus" repeated ad nauseum. We used to do it at Weber State hockey games and it was pretty funny.

The key jingle sounds really cool if everyone participates. Let's do it.

When I was in South America I was told not to rattle keys. It was one method of soliciting a prostitute.

However, for Blitzz games we chanted "Start the bus!"

I'd love to see this chant get more life.

I put in that goalkeeper bit just for Mr. Cannon :p

Nice!

This is just off the top of my head; so it needs some work:

Rollie Pollie Ollie!

-We are Real Salt Lake.

We will beat your team.

And it someone else thinks they can win then it must be a dream.

Good old RSL.....the only MLS team where 95% of the home fans know the Sponge Bob Squarepants & Rollie Pollie Ollie theme songs.

I'm all for the bouncing souls song, but aren't we morally obligated to create songs with original lyrics?

I think some of our lyricists should be able to do something with this... make it RSL friendly!
What do you think?

Give him a ball and a yard of grass

Give him a ball & a yard of grass
He'll give you a move with a perfect pass
Give him a ball & a yard of space
He'll give you a move with godly grace

He's a nice young man with a lovely smile

A man can have no greater love
Than give 9O minutes to his friends

If God meant game to be played up there
He would've put goal posts in the air
If God meant game to be played up there
He would've put goal posts in the air

If God meant game to be played up high
He would've built pitches in the sky
If God meant game to be played up high
He would've built pitches in the sky

Here is what it sounds like...
Give him a ball & a yard of grass by sultans of ping f.c.
early 90's british rock... pure un-adulterated fun!!!

the words repeat several times in the actual song!
