Parking 3 blocks from the stadium: $5
Two beers, two hot dogs and Eddie Pope: $12
Two cRapids t-shirts: PRICELESS, no... really... I mean it. They're not worth @(#*! You couldn't give those away to DI. I'm actually surprised you took two... sucker!

I think the whole "got <insert whatever>?" thing has been played out a bit over the last few years. But I am definitely on the trolley with "Are You Loyal?"

When Goats Lite visit, it's "Got Quarterfinals?"

How much would it cost to get Loyal1 a shirt that says "El Generalísimo" and Dysko one that says "Subcomandante"?

I'd like to pitch in for that.

Come to think of it, we could put “Los lealistas” on the shirt instead of The Loyalists

Hey everyone, I was out for a few days (took my kids back to Chile) and I just got home today and I am trying to get caught up on all of the soccer stuff.

A couple of things I remember from the meeting.

I felt odd because I could only get one foot to touch the floor at a time depending on the way I was sitting. Those couches were made for big boys, not little guys like me.

Anyway, we discussed getting some lanyards for everyone so we could keep the words to songs and cheers in there and make it easier for everyone to remember the words. (this idea came from the MUSS guys)

The MUSS guys also suggested getting more girls involved in the Loyalists. They also said not too worry when newcommers come in and don't know too much about the sport of soccer. Its our job to teach them and make them feel welcome in the group.

Pastorino said he was going to get with Glen sometime soon about getting some of the Loyalists into a recording studio to sing a song or chant to use for the background of a radio add.

It was also suggested that the players may be comming over to our section after each game to sing a song with us as a way of drumming up more members for the Loyalists and to show that the players care about the fans.

And finally there are some people out there that have used the name "Loyalists" to get a discount on tickets but that have not yet paid to join the group. It was discussed that Guido would be visiting them soon to collect or break their legs.

If we really want to be walking advertisements, we should also include the www.theloyalists.com web addy on the backs as well. People who saw the shirt could just visit the site and sign right up.
