For all those that were disappointed by the showing of US in Germany, let me throw something out there.
Is it coincidence that the national team and RSL play the same style of play? Both the NT and RSL refused to make the forward passes. Both NT and RSL are content staying on defense. Both NT and RSL are coached by those bred in the same soccer association. Boring, boring, boring noneffective soccer.

The FO has changed pretty much everything but one area, thats right...the coaches. Time to shake things up. Ellinger has spent to much time in a position with no pressure (U17), its obvious he can't handle a head coaches job. He must go!!

Remember how I said this Chivas match is Huge?

It's even Huger...um...more important.

LA is now tied with RSL but we have two games in hand.

Chivas is currantly leading FC Dallas.

Our next two opponents are Chivas and LA.... a possible swing of 12 points. (6 for each match since each match is against a conference foe).

Those conference games are really important. Most so against Chivas and LA. LA just because you don't want Yallop to pull off a miracle and actually turn them around so much they make the playoffs. And Chivas because you need to hold them back. They've had nice lil' run of form (3 wins, 3 draws, a loss) since around when players left the WC. Remember, the bottom 2 don't qualify. It's not just a matter of catching just one team, especially if LA turns things around. And with Momma's Boy and Yallop around with 16 games left, I wouldn't count them out just yet.

Obviously people will protest for change in their own way... but I think stepping away from the ticket office is the wrong idea.

Much, much larger issues will be affected by that type of protest and it may lead to a situation that fans want even less!
That is going from a losing team to losing a team!

Why don't you take a less destructive approach first... Write to the GM and Dave Checketts... Tell them your concerns and what your planned actions will be if the situation is not remedied.

Then if that fails you can say you did what you could and nothing was done to your satisfaction... and do what you feel is right...

But if you just stop coming without so much as a whimper then you will in the very least have to change your forum name, and you will help to prove all the soccer bashing is justified...

Soccer will never work in Utah... why build a stadium no one even wants to come to RES... and so on and so on...

Protest if you need to... but do it in a constructive way... that may actually lead to results.

I have this fan club I'm trying to grow and it is increasingly difficult to get more people there when the product is so ****ty.

It's a hard sell when it's "come enjoy the atmosphere while our team sucks."
